This panel brings together community-based organizations to unpack how climate adaptation work moves from ideas, data, and good intentions into real, usable action on the ground. Drawing on experiences from Threading Change, Scarborough Environmental Association, and Lift360, the discussion will focus on power-sharing with communities, working within real constraints, making decisions in practice, and communicating results in ways that actually matter. Fellows will gain practical insight into what effective, ethical, and realistic climate work looks like beyond the classroom.
